We offer assortments of freshly baked bagels, pastries and croissants for morning get-togethers, assortments of our freshly made sandwiches, salads and soups for lunchtime occasions, and assortments of our fabulous, freshly baked brownies and cookies for dessert.
WHAT IS PANERA CATERING?
Catering is our solution for feeding large groups of people. The catering customer is a pharmaceutical or sales representative, an administrative assistant in a corporate organization, a real estate agent, a teacher from the local school system, a church group leader, etc, that desires Panera prepared and packaged for a catered experience.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
We kindly request that you place your catering order 24-48 hours in advance so we have plenty of time to properly prepare, although orders may be accepted until 9:30 a.m. for same-day lunch service. Because our bakery products and breads are prepared fresh each day from fresh dough by trained bakers, we cannot
guarantee
bakery availability without 24 hours' notice.
DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
We offer delivery in all of our communities, please call for details. Our standard delivery fee is $15 for orders placed 24 hours in advance and delivered between 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. on weekdays. Additional charges may be applied for weekend deliveries, large deliveries or after-hour deliveries.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be made four (4) hours prior to the pickup or delivery time. If canceling and order placed online at paneracatering.com please call the bakery-cafe. Cancellation charges may apply.
DOES YOUR FOOD CONTAIN ALLERGENS?

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER INDIVIDUAL BOX LUNCHES OR AN ASSORTMENT?
Individual boxed lunches should be ordered when everyone wants to choose their own or, when portability and convenience is your top priority. We can even label each box with a name. Lunch Sandwich Assortments or Morning Continental items are perfect for buffet style occasions. Our morning and lunch assortments allow your group to try a little bit of everything.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL AN ASSORTMENT OF SANDWICHES FEED?
Each assortment is designed to feed groups of five. Contact your Catering Coordinator to help plan and place your order. We’ll help you select the right amount food depending on the size and type of your meeting or occasion.
WHY IS PANERA CATERING PRICING DIFFERENT THAN STANDARD PANERA BREAD PRICING?
Our catering pricing is based on the cost of feeding groups of people. We take extra steps to make the catering experience convenient and professional. For example, we bag and label every sandwich individually so customers know exactly what's inside. Our packaging is specially designed to enhance the food presentation so that it is attractive and convenient.
WHY ARE CATERED SANDWICHES BAGGED? AND WHY ARE THE SANDWICHES BAGGED IN HALVES?
The sandwiches are sliced into halves to give your group more choice and variety. The bags are labeled for convenience and provide sanitation plus maintain quality. The breads stay fresh, as do the contents of the sandwiches. The bags stay neat in the sandwich tray and make for a great presentation.
