Our General Managers, Assistant Managers and Bakers participate in a six-week comprehensive training program, which may take place outside of the market of the employee's permanent location. Business expenses incurred while training are reimbursed. Customer Service Associates are encouraged to participate in a thorough training program covering all duties and positions in the bakery-cafe.
